Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (wrong size/color), contact us immediately at info@benjaminenewyork.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from Benjamin New York, but if not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Original Packaging: Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging.

  • No Signs of Use: Items must be free of wear, damage, or misuse—unless they arrived that way.

  • One-Time Exception: In special cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original to be returned. If you're unhappy with the replacement, both items must be returned for a refund. This is a one-time courtesy.

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason for return

  3. We’ll respond with return instructions

📦 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
